Baking Classes
We offer Classes on How to Make Bread. Classes are only $20 per attendee and spouse is free. Classes are held in our home with a maximum of 6 guests. You can schedule a full class (you and your friends on a seperate date than our regular class) or sign up for one of our Open Classes.
Included in the class is the "How To" with hands (your hands) on demonstration. We will go over ingredients and their role, how to make dough, roll out, and bake. And most important, we will go over trouble shooting. I had made so many mistakes when I first started making bread. We will talk about my mistakes and go over some that you may be having.
