Scheduled Classes are held the third Thursday of each month from 6 - 8:30pm.   Please call or email to sign up for the next available class.

Included in the class is the "How To" with hands (your hands) on demonstration.  We will go over ingredients and their role, how to make dough, roll out, and bake.  And most important, we will go over trouble shooting.  I had made so many mistakes when I first started making bread.  We will talk about my mistakes and go over some that you may be having.
